These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Producky (the "Service"), a task, habit, and calendar productivity app operated by Kaveesha Gimhana ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Producky, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You need an account to use Producky. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Producky lets you track tasks, habits, notes, and calendar events, and optionally sync with Google Calendar and receive push notifications. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and may occasionally take the Service offline for maintenance.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial of Producky Pro — no card required. After the trial ends, Pro features (like Google Calendar sync, Insights, and data export) require a paid subscription; the free plan keeps working with its usual limits.
If you connect Google Calendar, Producky can read your primary calendar's events and, if you turn on the optional sync, create, update, and delete events there on your behalf. You can disconnect this at any time from Settings, which revokes Producky's access. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is used.
Everything you create in Producky — tasks, habits, notes, events — is yours. We don't claim ownership of it and won't use it for anything other than providing the Service to you. You can export your data at any time from Settings, and delete your account and all associated data from the same place.
Don't use Producky to break the law, abuse the Service (e.g. attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, or reverse-engineering it), or access accounts that aren't yours.
You can stop using Producky and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
Producky is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms as Producky evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
